High School Musical 3: Senior Year – The phenomenon

In this latest High School Musical 3 movie trailer the cast talk about the impact of the series and the big screen debut.

The movie opens on October 24, 2008 in movie theatres and stars Zac Efron, Vanessa Hudgens, Ashley Tisdale, Lucas Grabeel, Corbin Bleu, Monique Coleman, Matt Prokop, Justin Martin, Jemma McKenzie-Brown and Olesya Rulin.

Senior Year – the third installment in the High School Musical franchise follows high school seniors Troy (Efron) and Gabriella (Hudgens) as they face the prospect of heading off to different colleges and being separated from each other. Joined by the rest of the Wildcats, they decide to stage an elaborate spring musical which their experiences, hopes and fears about the future.

The movie will feature 10 new songs – which take place throughout East High as Gabriella and Troy try to come to terms with their feelings and prepare themselves to say goodbye to each other.

While a fourth movie may be on the cards, both Vanessa Hudgens and Zac Efron have refused to sign up – though Hudgens has not ruled out working with Efron in the future. “No one says it’s the last time,” she told People magazine in a recent interview. “Who knows what the future will bring.”
